Standard features include: heavy gauge pre-painted G-90 galvanized steel cabinet with corrosion resistant fasteners, double wall construction with 4 lb. density closed cell insulation, hinged access doors, stainless steel IAQ drain pan, 2” and 4” filter racks, scroll compressors, R410A refrigerant, independent refrigerant circuits, slide out blowers and internal fan isolation. Optional features include: energy recovery wheel, staged or modulating gas, electric, hot water and steam heating options, multiple humidity control options, multiple filtration options, power exhaust, option of a PLC controller or customer supplied controller, and factory applied harsh environment corrosion protection. The Addison Total Rooftop Solution (TRS) is a versatile, semi-custom, R-410A refrigerant, rooftop air conditioning system available in sizes 3 – 35 tons.
